This is a crowdfunding campaign, organized and supported by omniatv.com, to cover the expenses of E.’s case in the Court of Appeals.
omniatv is a grassroots media platform in Greece, operating since 2011.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Any and all information collected by this website, such as: e-mail addresses, names and shipping addresses will not be used for any other purpose, except that of facilitating donations, shipping items to the donors as needed, and necessary communications regarding the donation process if required.
This data will be permanently deleted after the crowdfunding process is concluded, including the time that will be needed to confirm successful shipping of all items.
Your payments are handled by the payment provider you chose: Stripe, PayPal or your bank. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or any other related data on this website.

The e-mail address and name you provide is needed to facilitate contact.
Cookies
During the donation process, we will set temporary cookies to facilitate the donation. These cookies contain no personal data and are discarded when you close your browser.

Where we send your data
Payment gateways Stripe and Paypal retrieve the information you enter in the “Finish your Donation” page, including: First and Last Name, Address, items’ description and quantity, and the total amount of your donation.
Your contact information
All contact information you provide on this website will be permanently deleted once this campaign is successfully concluded
